HDHC & AI Catalyst representatives sign the MoU

HDHC, represented by our Director Dimitrios G. Katehakis, together with AICatalyst - Association of Artificial Intelligence, represented by its President Dimitris Gerogiannis, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during AIForum25. This agreement marks the beginning of a shared commitment to advance digital health and unlock new opportunities at the intersection of artificial intelligence and health innovation in Greece.

With the MoU now in place, HDHC and AICatalyst are prepared to launch joint initiatives that leverage the strengths of both networks—combining HDHC’s ecosystem of health-focused academic, research, and business members with AICatalyst’s broad expertise in AI, technology dissemination, and innovation support.

AICatalyst is a non-profit association that brings together experts from entrepreneurship, science, and technology with the mission to accelerate Greece’s transition into an AI-enabled future. Its goals include not only promoting the adoption of AI but also supporting ethical, transparent, and socially responsible AI solutions. The organization works to highlight human capital, stimulate innovation through working groups, and foster strong connections between the research community and the business sector. AICatalyst also organizes AIForum, a flagship event that brings together academics, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to explore the transformative potential of AI across multiple domains.

By partnering with AICatalyst, HDHC gains access to a broader AI-centered ecosystem—from AI experts and thematic working groups to innovation pathways and cross-sector collaborations. In return, AICatalyst enriches its health-innovation portfolio by integrating HDHC’s experience, network, and strategic focus on digital health.

Stay tuned for the joint actions that will follow!
